TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY THE DISTRIBUTION OF DONATED MATERIALS TO SCHOOLS, PLAYGROUP AND OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS ESTABLISHED FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO ENCOURAGE RE-CYCLING AND RE-USE OF MATERIALS BY SUCH SCHOOLS, PLAYGROUPS AND INSTITUTIONS.
