THE RELIEF OF POVERTY PARTICULARLY AMONG HOMELESS PEOPLE IN SOUTH EAST DORSET AND ELSEWHERE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM BY THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION, FOOD, CLOTHING, ADVICE AND RESETTLEMENT BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR SUCH PERSONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
