REMAINING ALMSPEOPLE SHALL HAVE RESIDED FOR NOT LESS THAN 4 YEARS IN BARNWELL OR FAILING SUH IN THE URBAN DISTRICT OF OUNDLE OR THE RURAL DISTRICT OF OUNDLE. A SUM NOT EXCEEDING ú10 IN ANY YEAR FOR DESERVING AND NECESSITOUS PERSONS RESIDENT IN BARNWELL.
