Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF PRIORITY:-
(1) FOR THE BENEFIT OF RESIDENTS OF THE ALMSHOUSES OF THE CHARITY OR ANY OF THEM IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
(2) THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY APPLICABLE FOR RELIEF IN NEED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF CLAUSE (43) OF THE SCHEME OF THE COMMISSIONERS DATED 17TH AUGUST 1994
