(2) THE PERMANENT ENDOWMENT IDENTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME SHALL BE RETAINED FOR USE BY THE COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY.
