THE OTHER MOIETY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE DESERVING AND NECESSITOUS SICK POOR INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH, IN CASH OR KIND. FOR ASSISTING POOR PERSONS TO EMIGRATE OR BY AIDING THE FUNDS OF ANY PROVIDENT OR FRIENDLY ASSOCIATION. FOR OR TOWARDS THE BENEFIT OF ANY INFIRMARY OR HOSPITAL OR OTHER INSTITUTION FOR THE RELIEF OF POOR PERSONS GENERALLY, AT THE TRUSTEES DISCRETION.
