THE PAYMENT OF A PRIZE TO SUCH PERSON AS IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE WRITTEN THE BEST OR ONLY GOOD ESSAY ON THETREATMENT OF THE SICK POOR OF THIS COUNTRY AND THE PRESERVATION OF THE HEALTH OF THE POOR IN THIS COUNTRY, OR EITHER OF SUCH OBJECTS.
