TO BENEFIT CHILDREN IN NEED WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY PROMOTING THEIR WELFARE AND EDUCATION AND IN ANY OTHER CHARITABLE MANNER WITHIN THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE BY SUCH MEANS AS ARE THOUGHT FIT INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION.
