THE EDUCATION AND ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY, WITH A PREFERENCE FOR THOSE WHO, IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES, ARE IN NEED OF HELP BY REASON OF BEING TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY DEPRIVED OF NORMAL PARENTAL CARE OR WHO ARE OTHERWISE DISADVANTAGED.
