TO DISTRIBUTE THE INCOME AMONG THE POOR OF THE FOLLOWING PLACES:- 1) RATHANGAN, COUNTY KILDARE. 2) DEHRA DUN, RAJPUR, NAGAL, BARLOWGANJ & MUSSOORIE, DEHRA DUN DISTRICT. 3) BATU PAHAT, YONGPENG AND MUAR, MALAYA. 4) KOWLOON, HONGKONG, 5) MACHE, SEYCHELLES, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF RACE OR CREED BUT PREFERENTIALLY FOR THE POOR BY REASON OF SICKNESS MAINING, DEFORMITY AND OLD AGE AND ON THE BASIS OF A LITTLE FOR A LARGE NUMBER RATHER THAN A LOT FOR A FEW.
