(B) TO MAKE GRANTS TO SUCH CLERGYMEN AS, BEING DISABLED BY AGE, SICKNESS OR INFIRMITY, ARE IN NEED, OR WHO FIND THEMSELVES IN TEMPORARY DIFFICULTY. (C) TO PROVIDE FAMILY GRANTS IN SUCH CASES AS THE COMMITTEE SEE FIT.
