THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN HUNGARY AND ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD AMONG PERSONS WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN CITIZENS OF HUNGARY AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING AMONG THOSE OF SUCH PERSONS WHO AS REFUGEES HAVE LEFT OR SHALL HEREAFTER COME TO THE UNITED KINGDOW OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND.
