INCOME TO BE APPLIED(1)IN PAYING THE REASONABLE EXPENSES OF THE INCUMBENT INCURRED BY HIM IN PREACHING A SERMON IN THE PARISH CHURCH OF HOLY SEPULCHRE WITH ALL SAINTS ON THE 30TH OCTOBER IN EACH YEAR OR ON THE 31ST OCTOBER IN ANY YEAR WHEN THE 30TH FALLS ON A SUNDAY(2)INCOME FOR RELIEF IN NEED TO BE APPLIED IN RELEIVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN CONDITION OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSON
