SEVEN-TENTHS TO BE APPLIED TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF KILSBY WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. THE REMAINING THREE-TENTH TO BE APPLIED IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL TRAINING) OF YOUNG PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF KILSBY.
