TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF LOWER HEYFORD WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. IF AND SO FAR THE WHOLE OF THE INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED AS AFORESAID THE SAME MAY BE APPLIED FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF LOWER HEYFORD.
