INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED BY FIRSTLY MAINTAINING THE CHARITIES PROPERTY, ALSO MAINTAINING THE UPKEEP OF THE WITNEY MARKET CLOCK AND CLOCK HOUSE. REMAINING INCOME TO BE USED FOR THE RELIEF OF HARDSHIP ETC BY WAY OF GRANTS TO PEOPLE IN NEED.
