Charitable objects
(a) The relief of need by the provision of almshouse accommodation for the benefit of persons of limited financial means, preference to be given to persons who are or have been resident within or in the vicinity of the parish of St Germans;
(b) Such charitable purposes for the benefit of the residents as the trustees may from time to time decide.
