TO PROMOTE ENGLISH CATHEDRAL MUSIC IN THE SOUTHERN CATHEDRALS, AND IN PARTICULAR TO ARRANGE AN ANNUAL FESTIVAL OF MUSIC IN ONE OF THE THREE SOUTHERN CATHEDRALS IN ROTATION.
