1) BY THE HOLDING FROM TIME TO TIME OF AN EISTEDDFOD IN THE TOWN OF CARDIGAN OR ELSEWHERE;
2) BY THE HOLDING OF CONCERTS MEETINGS AND OTHER FUNCTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH EISTEDDFOD;
3) BY OTHERWISE FURTHERING THE INTERESTS OF SUCH EISTEDDFOD.
