Charitable objects
1. A HALL TO BE USED FOR PROMOTING THE SPIRITUAL, MORAL OR SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE GENERALLY LIVING IN THE VILLAGE OF ACKLETON AND FOR THE CELEBRATION OF DIVINE SERVICE (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE INDENTURE.) 2. UPKEEP, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND FURNISHING OF THE MISSION ROOM AND COTTAGE AND ALSO FOR THE PAYMENT OR PART PAYMENT OF THE CARETAKER AND TOWARDS THE EXPENSE OF PROVIDING A SUNDAY OMNIBUS TO CONVEY THE INHABITANTS OF ACKLETON TO AND FROM THE PARISH CHURCH OF WORFIELD. THE FORE GOING PROVISIONS ARE THE ONLY PERMITTED OBJECTS OF THE TRUST FUND AND NO PART THEREOF SHALL BE USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE WHATSOVER.
