To releive, either by donations or otherwise, the necessitous members of the Charity, their wives, widows, children or relatives; and if the funds in the hands of the Charity permit, to extend the benifits thereof to other necessitous members of the trade, their wives, widows, childrenor relatives. The trade being the Provisions Trade.
