TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY OF MEMBER CHARITIES(AS DEFINED IN CLAUSE E) IN DIRECT FURTHERANCE OF THEIR OBJECTS BY: (I) ESTABLISHING A FORUM THROUGH WHICH THESE CHARITIES CAN EXCHANGE USEFUL INFORMATION AND RESOLVE COMMON PROBLEMS RELATING TO THEIR ADMINISTRATION, PROMOTION AND FUNDRAISING (II) ENCOURAGING AND PROMOTING VOLUNTARY WORK FOR THESE CHARITIES BY THEIR MEMBERS, SUPPORTERS, LOCAL COMMUNITY GROUPS AND MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC
