FOR THE RELIEF OF PRISONERS OR OF DISCHARGED PRISONERS WHO HAVE SERVED ALL OR PART OF THEIR SENTENCE IN A PRISON WHICH IS SITUATE WITHIN THE AREA OF THE COUNTY OF LINCOLNSHIRE AS CONSTITUTED ON 31ST MARCH 1974 WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OR THE FAMILIES OF SUCH PRISONERS IN SUCH CONDITIONS EITHER IN GIFTS OF KIND OR GRANTS OF MONEY.
