FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF WARCOP AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS: PROVIDED NEVERTHELESS THAT NO INTOXICATION LIQUOR SHALL BE SOLD ON THE SAID LAND AND BUILDINGS BUT INTOXICATING LIQUOR MAY BE CONSUMED THEREON PROVIDED THAT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE COMMITTEE TO SUCH CONSUMPTION IS FIRST OBTAINED.
