TO PROVIDE A PLACE OF RECREATION AND SOCIAL INTERCOURSE FOR THE USE OF THE MEN OF RHYDYMWYN AND NEIGHBOURHOOD WHO HAVE OR SHALL HAVE SERVED IN ANY BRANCH OF HIS MAJESTY'S FORCES BY SEA LAND OR AIR OR OF OTHER PERSONS OF EITHER SEX RESIDENT IN THE VILLAGE OF RHYDYMWYN AFORESAID OR ELSEWHERE WHO MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE ADMITTED AS MEMBERS OF THE SAID INSTITUTE BY THE TIME BEING ELECTED COMMITTEE FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE SAID INSTITUTE.
