1. THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL GRANTS TO CANDIDATES IN TRSINING FOR HOLY ORDERS IN THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND SPONSORED BY THE DIOCESE OF NEWCASTLE IN PARTICULAR, OR BY ANY CHURCH OVERSEAS IN COMMUNION WITH THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND. 2. THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO CLERGY IN THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND WITHIN THE DIOCESE OF NEWCASTLE FOR THE PURPOSE OF EDUCATIONAL AND/OR SPIRITUAL BENEFIT IN SUPPORT OF THEIR MINISTRY. 3.SUCH GRANTS ARE TO BE MADE SOLELY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES.
