TO PROVIDE ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR MEN WHO ARE NOT LESS THAN 60 YEARS OF AGE AND WHO (EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CASES TO BE APPROVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS) HAVE SERVED ON VESSELS FISHING OUT OF GREAT YARMOUTH AND THE WIDOWS OF SUCH MEN.
