Charitable objects
1. The provision and management of housing, accommodation or assistance for the relief of elderly persons of all classes, beliefs and nationalities.
2. To promote the relief of the elderly through shared activities, providing companionship and support to help residents, and older people in the wider community, to get the most out of their later years. (For details see clause 3 of the memorandum)
