THE PROMOTION OF AGRICULTURE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY ENCOURAGING, PROMOTING AND IMPROVING THE BREEDING OF SIMMENTAL CATTLE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND OR ELSEWHERE, AND WITH A VIEW THERETO, IF AND IN SO FAR AS MAY BE THOUGH FIT, TO PURCHASE, IMPORT, BREED, HIRE OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRE AND HOLD, RESELL, LET OUT ON HIRE OR OTHERWISE DEAL IN SIMMENTAL CATTLE WHETHER BRITISH OR FOREIGN ORIGIN.
