Charitable objects
TO OR TOWARDS OR FOR THE BENEFIT OR IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OF CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS IN ENGLAND AND WALES AND IN SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE AND SO THAT (SUBJECT ONLY AS LAST AFORESAID) THE TRUST FUND SHALL BE APPLICABLE BOTH AS TO CAPITAL AND INCOME FOR THE GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES MENTIONED IN IN THIS CLAUSE.
