FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH PERSONS BEING REFUGEES ABROAD WHETHER ORPHANS SICK AGED OR OTHERWISE OR OTHER PERSONS ABROAD WHO ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE BY REASON OF WAR DISASTER PESTILENCE OR OTHERWISE OR TO ANY ORGANISATION BODY PERSONS OR PERSON ENGAGED IN THE RELIEF OF REFUGEES AND SUFFERING HUMAINTY ABROAD AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SELECT.
