AS TO CAPITAL OR INCOM AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION THINK FIT TOWARDS THE MAINTENANCE AN UPKEEP OF ANY HOME OF REST BELONGING TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE GOLDSBROUGH AND CLAY BEQUEST FUNDS OR TOWARDS THE PROVISION OF A HOUSE OR HOME FOR ANY NEEDY RETIRED AILING OR AGED CLERKS IN HOLY ORDERS.
