To raise and utilise funds for the renovation and improvement of the fabric, decoration and furnishings of Priory School Chapel in Lewes. To promote and protect the Chapel as a war memorial (UKNIWM 61304) to the 55 former pupils who died in service during WW2. To promote the significance and the use of the Chapel to the pupils of Priory School and the people of Lewes.

ERECTION DECORATION FURNISHING AND FITTING UP OF A CHAPEL FOR THE SCHOOL THEN KNOWN AS THE COUNTY GRMMAR SCHOOL FOR BOYS LEWES OR IN PROVIDING IN ANY OTHER WAY APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL FOR A MEMORIAL FOR THE PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL WHO FELL IN THE 1939-1945 WAR AND FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CHAPEL AND MEMORIAL.
