TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF (YOUNG) MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN AGRICULTURE, HOME CRAFTS AND COUNTRY LIFE AND IN THE PRINCIPLES LOYALTY AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO THAT THEY MAY DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS OR MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
