(2) TO OR FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION AT IMPERIAL COLLGE IN THE UNIVERSITY OF LONDON OR SUCH OTHER PLACE OR PLACES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
