FOR THE PURPOSE OF GIVING EFFECT TO THE HEREIN - BEFORE DECLARED INTENTION OF UPHOLDING THE TRADITIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT AND OF PERPETUATING ITS DEEDS THE TRUSTEES SHALL AT THEIR EARLY CONVENIENCE REVIEW THE DEPARTMENTAL COLLECTION AND SHALL HAVING REGARD TO THE QUESTION OF ACCOMMODATION OR THE EXPEDIENCY OF HOUSING ANY PART OR PARTS OR THE WHOLE THEREOF IN SOME OTHER MUSEUM OR OTHER MUSEUMS AT THEIR SOLE DISCRETION DECIDE WHICH ARTICLES OF THE DEPARTMENTAL COLLECTION ARE MOST WORTHY OF RETENTION AND THE TRUSTEES MAY THEREUPON OR AT ANY TIME THEREAFTER OR AS OCCASION FOR DISPERSAL MAY ARISE DISPOSE OF THE ARTICLES NOT SO REQUIRED IN SUCH MANNER AND FOR SUCH CONSIDERATION (IF ANY) AS THEY SHALL THINK FIT).
