TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF ADULTS (ESPECIALLY YOUNG ADULTS) WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, OR LEARNING DIFFICULTIES OR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES, IN HORTICULTURE AND OTHER VOCATIONAL SKILLS. 2. TO RELIEVE UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONGST PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, OR LEARNING DIFFICULTIES OR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES. 3. TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, OR LEARNING DIFFICULTIES OR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES
