Activities - how the charity spends its money
Provides local events of interest to the population such as guided walks, research , lectures and exhibitions relevant to the history of the town and area. Monitor planning applications relating to Hythe to ensure high standards of planning and architecture . Carry out regeneration projects in neglected areas within the Town , working with the Town and District Councils.

FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES IN THE CIVIL PARISH OF HYTHE AND ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD. (1) TO STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. (2) TO PROMOTE A HIGH STANDARD OF PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. (3) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION, DEVELPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF HISTORIC AND PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
