TO MAKE GRANTS OUT OF INCOME AND ACCUMULATED INCOME FROM THE TRUST PROPERTY TO THE DAVID TAYLOR HOUSING TRUST FOR ELDERLY AND RETIRED PERSONS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT AND TO ASSIST THE CHARITY IN THE CARRYING OUT OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND AMENITIES OF ABINGTON LODGE NORTHAMPTON TO ENABLE SUCH PREMISES TO BE USED AS A RESIDENTIAL HOME FOR ELDERLY AND RETIRED PERSONS WHO QUALIFY FOR BENEFIT UNDER THE TRUST DEED OF THE FIRST CHARITY.(SEE TRUST DEED FOR FURTHER DETAILS)
