TO ADVANCE BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR SEA TRAINING UNDER SAIL, THE EDUCATION AND PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 OR OTHER PERSONS OVER THE AGE OF 25 WHO HAVE IN THE OPINION OF THE DIRECTORS, A PHYSICAL, OR MENTAL IMPAIRMENT WHICH HAS A SUBSTANTIAL AND LONG-TERM ADVERSE EFFECT UPON THEIR ABILITY TO CARRY OUT NORMAL DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES.
