THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE DISABLED/HANDICAPPED WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF RACE RELIGION OR POLITICS BY THE PROVISION FACILITIES FOR COMPETITIVE AND NON-COMPETITIVE SPORT AND RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS AND ASSISTING IN THEIR INTEGRATION INTO SOCIETY.
