Charitable objects

THE RELIEF IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT OF ONE OR MORE OF THE BENEFICIARIES FROM FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. (I) THE BENEFICIARIES SHALL BE ANY PERSON WHO IS OR HAS AT ANY TIME BEEN A FULL MEMBER OF THE CRICKETERS ASSOCIATION AND (II) ANY PERSON (WHETHER OR NOT HE IS OR HAS BEEN A MEMBER OF THE CRICKETERS ASSOCIATION) WHO HAS PLAYED CRICKET ON AT LEAST ONE OCCASION FOR ANY OF THE COUNTIES WHICH AT THE RELEVANT TIME WAS RECOGNISED BY THE TEST AND COUNTY CRICKET BOARD (OR BY ANY BODY SUCCEEDING TO THE FUNCTIONS OF THE TEST AND COUNTY CRICKET BOARD) AS ANY OF THE FIRST CLASS COUNTIES ALSO THE WIVES, WIDOWS, CHILDREN, PARENTS AND DEPENDANTS.
