TO SUPPORT HEALTHCARE IN THE COMMUNITY OF BOURTON-ON-THE-WATER AND THE SURROUNDING AREA INCLUDING THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE GEORGE MOORE COMMUNITY CLINIC, THE INTERMEDIATE CARE UNIT AT JUBILEE LODGE, BOURTON-ON-THE-WATER AND NORTH COTSWOLDS HOSPITAL MORETON-IN-MARSH. THE CHARITY WILL PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES AND SERVICES BY ORGANISATIONS WHICH PRESERVE THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE LIVING IN BOURTON-ON-THE-WATER AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.
