TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A RECREATION GROUND AND FACILITIES ANCILLARY THERETO FOR THE USE OF THE PERSONS RESIDING AND WORKING IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISHES OF ST. PETER AND ST. GEORGE WITH ST. PAUL, PLYMOUTH, AND NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
