(A) TO ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN AND OPERATE SCHOOLS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS AT SUCH PLACE OR PLACES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME SEEM EXPEDIENT OR DESIRABLE; (B) TO ASSIST OTHERS TO ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN AND OPERATE SCHOOLS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ELSEWHERE.
