TO PROVIDE A BURSARY TO ASSIST OR ENABLE YOUNG PERSONS CONNECTED WITH AGRICULTURE RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA TO FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE BY TRAVELLING ABROARD OR TO OTHER PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM IN SUCH FIELD AND TO STUDY THE PRATICES AND TECHNIQUES EMPLOYED ELSEWHERE IN THE WORLD.
