Charitable objects
(A) TO RELIEVE POVERTY AMONGST PERSONS PREDOMINANTLY OF GERMAN ORIGIN WHO ARE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO SUCH PERSONS AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS SHALL FURTHER THE SAID OBJECT. (B) TO RELIEVE THE AGED, PARTICULARLY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR ELDERLY PERSONS PREDOMINANTLY OF GERMAN ORIGIN WHO HAVE NEED THEREOF BY REASON OF THEIR AGE OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
