THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN WHOSE PARENTS, GUARDIANS OR OTHERS IN LOCO PARENTIS AND RESIDENT WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM ILLNESS OR DISABILITY BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO SUCH PARENTS, GUARDIANS OR OTHERS IN LOCO PARENTIS WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH ASSISTANCE TOWARDS THE COST OF TRAVELLING TO VISIT THE BENEFICIARIES IN HOSPITAL OR OTHER PLACE WHERE THEY ARE FROM TIME TO TIME RESIDING OR UNDERGOING TREATMENT.
