TO PROMOTE AND FOSTER FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT A WIDE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL, HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE HISTORIC DOCKYARD.
