TO PREVENT AND RELIEVE SICKNESS THROUGH THE PROMOTION OF THE CHURCHES' MINISTRY OF HEALING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE MEDICAL AND CARING PROFESSIONS AT ALL LEVELS AND TO STIMULATE AND ADVANCE CHRISTIAN CONCERN FOR HEALTH AND HEALING. IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECT THE ASSOCIATION MAY: (A) DEVELOP RESOURCES FOR THE HEALING MINISTRY. (B) ENCOURAGE THOSE WHO ARE INVOLVED IN THE HEALING MINISTRY. (C) ARRANGE REGULAR CONFERENCES ON THE HEALING MINISTRY. THE ASSOCIATION HAVING BEEN FORMED IN ESSEX, ITS OBJECTIVES ARE PARTICULARLY TO BE CARRIED OUT WITHIN ESSEX AND EAST LONDON.
